The Mountainside Challenge and Retreat Center is home to this year’s Annual Chamber Picnic! This state-of-the-art facility offers something for everyone.
Situated on 115 acres of pristine farmland in Urbana, Chamber members and their immediate families can explore the 1.5 miles of hiking trails and 7 acres of wetlands, scale the climbing tower, or traverse the ropes challenge course. If that isn’t enough, take a swim in the pool with beach entry, waterslide, and fountain, or throw out a line in the spring fed pond and stream suitable for catch and release fishing.
Still not enough? Climb into the giant swing that swings you to 50 feet in the air, play a little hockey on the enclosed rink or shoot some hoops on the basketball court, visit the game room (air hockey, ping pong, pop a shot, and more) or arts and crafts room.
After all that, come on over to the wooded amphitheater for a little karaoke and stop by the campfire before you head home for s’mores. Bring your swim suits, comfortable shoes, and appetite for a fun-filled family evening.
BYOB -- Soft drinks will be provided, but attendees who are over 21 may bring their own wine or beer to enjoy at the picnic. Please drink responsibly, and don't forget to designate a driver!

We're grateful for all of our members, but those who have been with us for 20+ years hold a special place in our hearts. At this year's Annual Picnic, we're planning some special recognition for these long-time members. If your company has been a member of the Chamber for 20 years or more, you're invited to attend the picnic at a special rate: $10 per person for adults and children 13 and up, $5 for children age 5 to 12.

Non-members are invited to attend a maximum of two (2) events before joining the Chamber. "Your Chamber Connection" events do not count toward the two-event limit.
